Discovery Kids Nature Camp
Survivor: Native Americans. Back by popular demand we bring you a second week of survivor! Come learn Lenape customs like building a shelter, starting a fire, and catching fish. Cape May’s Wildside Trolley Tour
Beyond the charming Victorian homes and sandy beaches, Cape May is world famous for its birdwatching, Monarch migration, and natural history. Join Cape May Bird Observatory naturalists on a trolley tour to local "hotspots" (with exits at several spots), learning about the diversity, abundance (millions of birds pass through each year), geography, and extensive history of this amazing spectacle. Relax and be entertained in the birding capital of North America! Co-sponsored by New Jersey Audubon's Cape May Bird Observatory and the Mid-Atlantic Center for the Arts and Humanities. Explore one of the area’s ever-changing coastal habitats -- the beach, ocean, and dunes of Cape May’s “The Cove” beach. We’ll search the shallows, comb the shoreline for treasures, and walk along the dunes in search of wildlife. **Meet a naturalist at the flagpole at the west end of Beach Avenue. Twilight Walk in the Meadows
Meets at the Nature Conservancy's South Cape May Meadows Preserve parking lot on Sunset Blvd. Watch the sun set behind the lighthouse while birding, and then head for an after-walk dinner when Cape May restaurant crowds have thinned.
