Led by Kristin Mylecraine. Yoga is a great way to relax, connect with yourself, and increase flexibility and strength. Explore the connections between yoga and nature in this 75-minute class. No experience necessary; all levels welcome. For ages 15 years and older. Please arrive 10 minutes early and bring a yoga mat if you have one (some will be provided.) This class will be held weekly from 9/7/19 to 10/26/19. There will be no class 8/31/2019. Walk-ins are welcome. To register please call 908-396-6386. We explore the coastal saltmarsh of Cape May from Cape Island Creek to the Wildwoods and view the natural wonders of historic Cape May Harbor. The Osprey is a 37' pontoon boat that has a comfortable enclosed cabin with large viewing windows, a front deck with a railing, and a restroom on board. Non-motorized wheelchair accessible. Birds and Streams: Finding Nature in the Fall

Hawks, Trails and Beach

Meets near the Hawkwatch Platform at the Cape May Point State Park. The afternoon hawk flight is often strong, with lower birds punctuated by late day movements of falcons.
