New Jersey Audubon field trips and programs adhere to CDC guidelines; leaders have the right to ask a participant to leave the program if someone is not adhering to these guidelines for the health and safety of all.  Leaders and participants must wear face coverings throughout the program and maintain social distancing (at least 6’ of separation). Leaders may remove their face covering in order to be heard by the group while maintaining social distance. Please do not come to a program if you are sick or have a sick family member.  There will be no sharing of equipment including binoculars or spotting scopes.

PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED FOR ALL PROGRAMS AND FIELD TRIPS

Led by Kristin Mylecraine. Yoga is a great way to relax, connect with yourself, and increase flexibility and strength. Explore the connections between yoga and nature in this 75-minute class. No experience necessary; all levels welcome. For ages 15 years and older. Please arrive 10 minutes early and bring a yoga mat if you have one (some will be provided.) This class will be held weekly from 11/2/19 to 1/4/20. There will be no class 11/30/2019 and 12/28/2019. Walk-ins are welcome. To register please call 908-396-6386. Hawks, Trails and Beach

Meets near the Hawkwatch Platform at the Cape May Point State Park. The afternoon hawk flight is often strong, with lower birds punctuated by late day movements of falcons. Seabirds and shorebirds often pass to rest on the beach and passerines remain to be found on the trails.  No preregistration required. Family-friendly. Cost: $6 members, $10 nonmembers.
