Harlequin Romance

Harlequin Ducks and Purple Sandpipers are almost guaranteed on this special field trip to Barnegat Light State Park with Director Brett Ewald and CMBO Naturalists.  Over the years it has been spiced with Black-legged Kittiwakes, thousands of Northern Gannets, all three scoters, both eiders, both white-winged gulls, Razorbill, and more...All of the latter are only possibilities, of course, but who knows what might turn up this year?  This trip involves a long walk over sand and jetty, is often windy and cold, but always productive.  Preregistration required.  Please register early – group size is limited. Cost: $24 members, $32 nonmembers. REGISTER HERE For more information on all of CMBO’s walks and programs, please call 609-400-3868
