New Jersey Audubon field trips and programs adhere to CDC guidelines; leaders have the right to ask a participant to leave the program if someone is not adhering to these guidelines for the health and safety of all.  Leaders and participants must wear face coverings throughout the program and maintain social distancing (at least 6’ of separation). Beginner Birders with Scott Barnes

Enjoy a walk with birding expert Scott Barnes, as he introduces participants to the wonderful world of birdwatching. Have you always wanted to try birdwatching but just never knew where to begin? Join Scott Barnes, director of All Things Birds as he will guide you through the trails at the Plainsboro Preserve, searching for birds and giving some tips for getting started on your new journey. PREREGISTRATION REQUIRED COST: $10 members, $15 nonmembers. Nature Buddies Reptile Roundup Pre-K Program

Each week, children ages 3-5 will enjoy stories, songs and exploration all about different nature themes.Have you met Maize the corn snake and Cardboard the box turtle? These are two of the adorable animals ambassadors at New Jersey Audubon's Plainsboro Preserve. Maize and Cardboard will show us what it takes to be a reptile. Kids and parents will have loads of fun while learning all about our cold-blooded friends. Program includes a take-home craft. PREREGISTRATION REQUIRED COST: $7 members, $10 nonmembers. NEW JERSEY AUDUBON'S PROGRAM GUIDELINES: Every child must have an adult present. Accompanying adult must register for a free ticket. All children present must purchase a ticket. To keep our group size to our determined safety limit please do not bring any guests besides those registered.
