Enjoy a quiet morning here at the Sanctuary walking the trails with an NJ Audubon staff and/or associate naturalist. These walks are informal and informative: birds, trees, tracks, wildflowers, reptiles, and amphibians are a few of nature’s wonders waiting for us to discover. The walks are cancelled if there is heavy snow, rain, or weather warnings. FREE

Led by Kristin Mylecraine. Yoga is a great way to relax, connect with yourself, and increase flexibility and strength. Explore the connections between yoga and nature in this 75-minute class.  No experience necessary; all levels welcome.  For ages 15 years and older. Please arrive 10 minutes early and bring a yoga mat if you have one (some will be provided.)  This class will be held weekly from 6/29/19 to 8/24/19.  There will be no class 7/6/19.  Walk-ins are welcome. To register please call 908-396-6386. Cost for all 8 classes: $88 members, $112 nonmembers. Cost per class: $12 members, $15 nonmembers.

Led by Dorothy Smullen, Teacher/naturalist. Stroll through the woodland trails looking for mushrooms and other fungi with Dorothy, former president of the New Jersey Mycological Association. Not only are fungi essential as nature's recyclers, but many are important for the health of forests. Come and check out the variety of species. Limit 15 - rain or shine.
