Enjoy a quiet morning here at the Sanctuary walking the trails with an NJ Audubon staff or Associate Naturalist. These walks are informal and informative: birds, trees, tracks, wildflowers, reptiles, and amphibians are a few of nature’s wonders waiting for us to discover. The walks are cancelled if there is snow, rain, or weather warnings. Registration required by 4:00 PM the day before the walk. You must pre-register, walk-ins will not be allowed to participate. IN-PERSON Nature Infused Yoga

Yoga is a great way to relax, connect with yourself, and increase flexibility and strength. Explore the connections between yoga and nature in this 75-minute class. No experience necessary; all levels welcome. For ages 15 years and older. Preregistration is required. Ticket sales end at 4:30 PM on the Friday before each class. You must pre-register, walk-ins will not be allowed to participate. We are offering an in-person class at the sanctuary and a virtual class online simultaneously. The in-person class has a limit of 10 people. Be sure to purchase the correct ticket. COST: $13 members, $16 nonmembers. Interested in becoming a member? New Jersey Audubon's Scherman Hoffman Wildlife Sanctuary 11 Hardscrabble Road, BernardsvilleEnjoy an afternoon of fun in the world of fairies! Make fairy-sized gardens filled with fairy decorations that you make. The Creative Hands Club features workshops that upcycle or use natural/sustainable materials to create beautiful additions to your home or garden. Led by Stephanie Punnett, Program Director. Enjoy an afternoon of fun in the world of fairies! We’ll make fairy-sized gardens filled with fairy decorations and accessories you make with natural materials. We'll show you how to make houses, tables, chairs, swings, and more! You can make a flower fairy or a gnome, too! We’ll have more ideas and examples to get you started, and then let your imagination do the rest. All materials supplied: baskets, soil, plants, fairy materials, and oodles of natural materials. Bring a glue gun if you have one. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Registration required by 6/2 at 4:00 PM. One person per ticket.
