COVID-19 update as of March 9, 2022
All NJ counties are considered medium to low COVID-19 community levels. New Jersey Audubon highly recommends that anyone who is not fully vaccinated, wants additional protection, or comes from a higher community level area should consider wearing a mask and social distancing, especially indoors. Please do not come to a program if you are sick, have a sick family member or have reason to believe you may have been exposed to the COVID-19 virus
PRE-REGISTRATION MAY BE REQUIRED FOR CERTAIN PROGRAMS AND FIELD TRIPS
No walk-ins for programs that require pre-registration

Barnegat Lighthouse State Park
February 5 @ 9:00 am - 2:00 pm
Harlequins & other sea ducks; plus, loons and gannets. We’ll visit some nearby bayside spots after birding the inlet for additional species. Winter birding in the shadow of “Old Barney,” looking for Harlequin Ducks, eiders, and scoters. We may also see many loons and gannets. After birding the lighthouse/inlet area, we’ll caravan to nearby bayside spots for more species. Meet in the main parking lot of Barnegat Lighthouse State Park. Bring binoculars, spotting scope if you have one, lunch, and dress warmly! Led by Scott Barnes & Linda Mack.
COST: $20 Members, $25 Non-members
