We have close to 90 Eastern Bluebird Nesting Boxes throughout the Plainsboro Preserve, and we need you to be our eyes and feet each week to check on each box. Individuals or teams will be assigned a set of boxes, and we ask that you walk out to your boxes and check each one each week. This is our third year of collecting data, and our volunteers have been able to monitor nest building, egg laying and young birds fledging. This is a great way to get out in fresh air, to form a family team, and to help with a Citizen Science project. We ask each person or team to do at least one month (four visits) to your boxes.
Times to be determined by individual participants
