Exploring the Tree of Life

November 7, 2020 @ 1:00 pm - 3:30 pm

Walk with Dorothy Smullen on a nature treasure hunt. How many groups of living things will you find?

Walk with teacher/naturalist Dorothy Smullen on the trails at Scherman Hoffman Wildlife Sanctuary to see how many groups of living things we can find. You will be provided with a check-off “Tree of Life” page to record the nature treasures you find. It’s good for your health to get outside in nature and explore. You can be the specialist to tally birds, flowering plants, insects, fungi, reptiles, mosses, mollusks or any other macro group. Will you be the first to find a crustacean?

Dress for the weather.

One person per ticket. Ticket sale ends 11/6 at 5:00 PM. You must pre-register, walk-ins will not be allowed to participate.
