COVID-19 update as of March 9, 2022
All NJ counties are considered medium to low COVID-19 community levels. New Jersey Audubon highly recommends that anyone who is not fully vaccinated, wants additional protection, or comes from a higher community level area should consider wearing a mask and social distancing, especially indoors. Please do not come to a program if you are sick, have a sick family member or have reason to believe you may have been exposed to the COVID-19 virus
PRE-REGISTRATION MAY BE REQUIRED FOR CERTAIN PROGRAMS AND FIELD TRIPS
No walk-ins for programs that require pre-registration

Healthy Lands and Water of Cape May Peninsula
October 7, 2021 @ 10:00 am - 10:00 pm

Check out this fun (and free!) community event happening next week on Oct. 7th
Join NJ Audubon at the Center for Research and Education (CRE) to explore Cape May County’s abundant flora and fauna. Explore the CRE gardens and help us gather information for our Bioblitz!
Evening presentations and social hour will start at 5:00 PM, but activities will be happening all day including a Monarch tagging demonstration (check out the official flyer for more details).
Guest speakers and guided walks will detail the rich ecology of Cape May, and this will be a great opportunity to learn about our new Healthy Land and Waters Grant, providing support for our local landowners right here in Cape May County!
5PM – Talks on agriculture and best management practices
7PM – Moth light and social hour
