Nature Infused Yoga in Atlantic Highlands

Nature Infused Yoga led by Diane Burke
Explore the connections between yoga and nature as we flow through poses and enjoy the breeze and bird songs around us. No experience necessary; all levels welcome. Preregistration is required. Class takes place at a nature preserve where there are no restrooms available (nearest public restroom is one mile away). We begin every class with a short but moderate hike up a hill to get to an open field. Bring your own mat and water bottle.
Location: Atlantic Highlands on the border of Navesink and Locust. Exact directions will be emailed to participants.
Class will be cancelled and refunds given during inclement weather.

COST: $12 NJ Audubon members, $15 nonmembers.
