Nature Therapy
April 13 @ 3:30 pm - 5:00 pm

Now that Spring is here, we all need to get outside, breathe fresh air and find our inner peace. Join us for a peaceful, relaxing walk. How do you feel when you are outside in nature? Peace and relaxation are just outside your door. Let NJ Audubon Teacher Naturalist Anne Price guide you as we allow ourselves to slow down, take deep breaths and be mindful. As we gather to enjoy and appreciate nature, we will wander through the woods and gardens at Davidson’s Mill Pond Park. Our walk will end with a peaceful meditation near the water.
COST: $10 NJ Audubon members, $15 nonmembers.
