COVID-19 update as of March 9, 2022
All NJ counties are considered medium to low COVID-19 community levels. New Jersey Audubon highly recommends that anyone who is not fully vaccinated, wants additional protection, or comes from a higher community level area should consider wearing a mask and social distancing, especially indoors. Please do not come to a program if you are sick, have a sick family member or have reason to believe you may have been exposed to the COVID-19 virus
PRE-REGISTRATION MAY BE REQUIRED FOR CERTAIN PROGRAMS AND FIELD TRIPS

NJ Audubon Dirty Hands Garden Club: Easy Plant Propagation

Led by Dorothy Smullen, Teacher Naturalist, and Stephanie Punnett, Program Director.
Residential landscapes are becoming increasingly important for the survival of native pollinators and other wildlife, and can be home for both humans and wildlife. In this workshop we’ll show you how to create a wildlife garden, and a simple way to start native plants from seed. You will make your own low-cost mini-greenhouse from recycled materials and plant your choice of seeds to take home. Make a pollinator home for native bees to take home. All materials provided.
One person per ticket. Ticket sale ends 1/7 at 9:00 AM. You must pre-register, walk-ins will not be allowed to participate. One person per ticket. Limit 16.
All attendees must wear a mask indoors regardless of vaccination status, and maintain social distancing.
COST: $10 members, $15 nonmembers.

CANCELLATION: NJ Audubon’s programs require a minimum number of registrants to run. If we cancel, due to lack of participation, severe weather, or unforeseen circumstances, all participants will be notified as soon as possible and are eligible for a full refund. Participants may cancel without penalty if greater than 48 hours in advance. Sorry, no refund for cancellations less than 48 hours in advance unless due to health emergencies; however registrations can be transferred to another program in the future.
