COVID-19 update as of March 9, 2022

All NJ counties are considered medium to low COVID-19 community levels.  New Jersey Audubon highly recommends that anyone who is not fully vaccinated, wants additional protection, or comes from a higher community level area should consider wearing a mask and social distancing, especially indoors.  Please do not come to a program if you are sick, have a sick family member or have reason to believe you may have been exposed to the COVID-19 virus

PRE-REGISTRATION MAY BE REQUIRED FOR CERTAIN PROGRAMS AND FIELD TRIPS

No walk-ins for programs that require pre-registration

Summer StoryWalk® at Hawk Rise

August 15, 2021 @ 10:00 am - 11:00 am

For families with children ages 2-6. Discover the forest in a whole new way as we read and look for animals on the Move! Bring a book to life by reading in a unique environment! Take a StoryWalk® with us through Hawk Rise Sanctuary and discover this wonderful park in a whole new way. While reading the story we will make discovery stops and have some hands-on fun. We’ll be reading the book “Move!” by Steve Jenkins and Robin Page. This program is appropriate for families with children ages 2 to 6.

NEW JERSEY AUDUBON’S PROGRAM GUIDELINES:

Effective June 4, 2021, fully vaccinated people may attend outdoor programs without masks. If you are unvaccinated, please mask up. Please do not come to a program if you are sick, have a sick family member or have reason to believe you may have been exposed to the COVID-19 virus.
