The ABCs of Butterfly Gardening (postponed)
April 4 @ 1:30 pm - 2:30 pm
Presented by Jane Hurwitz. Butterfly body language is easy to learn and once you understand butterfly behavior, you will understand what butterflies, as well as other pollinators, need in order to thrive in our landscapes. Butterflies do not communicate with words but by observing their life cycles, we can become conversant with their needs. From choosing the right flowers for butterflies to considering the caterpillars and other creatures that thrive in a butterfly garden, the ABCs of Butterfly Gardening will give you practical, easy to implement ideas about how to create a healthy home landscape. Cost: Free for members, $5 nonmembers. To register please call 908-396-6386.
