New Jersey Audubon field trips and programs adhere to CDC guidelines; leaders have the right to ask a participant to leave the program if someone is not adhering to these guidelines for the health and safety of all. Leaders and participants must wear face coverings* throughout the program and maintain physical distancing of at least 6 feet. Leaders may remove their face covering to be heard by the group while maintaining social distance. Please do not come to a program if you are sick, have a sick family member or have reason to believe you may have been exposed to the COVID-19 virus. There will be no sharing of equipment including binoculars or spotting scopes.
*Face coverings do not include winter scarves or bandanas. Two-layer fabric or surgical-type masks are required.
PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED FOR ALL PROGRAMS AND FIELD TRIPS

We understand that the current state of the world is difficult to deal with, so sit back and relax from home while we delve into the wonderful world of monarch butterflies. With different activities all day long, you can watch sessions live or view the recorded versions later with the purchase of a ticket. We will include the biology of the caterpillar and butterfly, outdoor lab experiences, as well as some fun crafts you can do from home.
COST: One Day Pass: $15 per member/ $20 per non-member
Two Day Pass: $25 per member/ $35 per non-member

Saturday, September 26th (In-person Programming)
9:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
The Monarch Festival will have to run a bit differently this year as we are only able to have small groups visiting the center for pre-registered programs. That will not stop us from celebrating the beauty that is the monarch butterfly.
Sign up for our morning session or our afternoon session where we will pack all the goodness of our festival into a fun filled trifecta of activities. Groups will rotate between arts and crafts, a garden tour and monarch tagging!

The morning session will run from 9:30 AM-11:30 AM and the afternoon sessions from 12:00 PM-2:00 PM and 3:00 PM-5:00 PM.
