A three-hour tour of the popular park at a good time of year for large numbers of Horned Grebes, loons, and other waterbirds; we'll also search through gulls that will hopefully include Bonaparte's and possibly a Little or Black-headed Gull. $15 members/$20 non-members Leader: Scott Barnes Raritan Bay Waterfont Park, 201 John T. O'Leary Blvd, South Amboy NJ 08879. Meet at the north end of the parking lot closest to Raritan Bay.

Led by Patrick Belardo This popular park has a good variety of habitats in a small area, from the open waters of Raritan Bay where waterfowl congregate, to mudflats attractive to gulls, to salt marsh and a freshwater pond. Expect ducks, loons, gulls, some raptors, and possibly late songbird migrants in the scrub. Location: Meet at the north end of the main parking lot at Raritan Bay Waterfront Park in South Amboy.
