Purple Coneflower is a pollinator powerhouse, offering bright purple daisy-like flowers throughout the summer that are visited by butterflies, bees, and more. The central seed “cone” that develops after the flowers is a preferred food of seed-eating birds, especially American goldfinches. This perennial is tough and drought hardy and prefers full sun.
