Birding the Meadows – March 27, 2023

Another fantastic day at the Meadows, with blue skies taking over the initial gray, no wind and temps around 50 degrees.  The American Oystercatchers have returned to nest on the beach and the bird banded as 38 was observed copulating with his mate. Migrating Wilson’s Snipe and a Sora were also seen, along wit the first Spotted Sandpiper of the season.
