Join us for birding at two of Hunterdon County’s premier spring migration spots. A variety of habitats can offer a good diversity of bird species including warblers, vireos, thrushes and sparrows. We’ll plan to visit portions of Voorhees SP, Spruce Run SP, and/or its adjacent wildlife management areas and probably peek at the reservoir to see what shore/waterbirds may be around. Be prepared for a fair amount of walking over fairly flat terrain. Some trails may be wet if it has rained recently so hiking shoes or other footwear you don’t mind getting a little dirty are best.
