Yoga is a great way to relax, connect with yourself, and increase flexibility and strength. Explore the connections between yoga and nature in this 75-minute class. No experience necessary; all levels welcome. For ages 15 years and older. Preregistration is required. Ticket sales end at 4:30 PM on the Friday before each class. You must pre-register, walk-ins will not be allowed to participate. We are offering an in-person class at the sanctuary and a virtual class online simultaneously. The in-person class has a limit of 10 people. Be sure to purchase the correct ticket. COST: $13 members, $16 nonmembers. Interested in becoming a member? The Backyard and Beyond Exhibit
NJ, United StatesRobert Mathewson is a full-time professional photographer. In recent years, wildlife photography and specifically bird photograph has become a passion of his. His photographic journey from Backyard to Beyond will be on display at the Wayrick Wildlife Art Gallery through April 30, 2023. Artist’s reception on Sunday February 5th, 2023 from 2:00PM to 4:00PM. The Art Gallery is open Fridays 9:30 – 4:30, Saturdays 9:30 – 4:30 and Sundays 12 noon – 5pm. Residential landscapes are becoming increasingly important for the survival of native pollinators and other wildlife and can be home for both humans and wildlife. In this workshop we’ll show you how to create a wildlife garden, and a simple way to start native plants from seed. You will make your own low-cost mini greenhouse from recycled materials and plant your choice of seeds to take home. Make a pollinator home for native bees to take home. All materials provided.
