Early winter is an excellent time for Tundra Swans, geese, a variety of ducks, and wintering shorebirds at “Brig,” and can be good for eagles and other resident raptors, possibly including Rough-legged Hawk or a Short-eared Owl.
Location: Meet in the parking lot near the Visitor Center, Forsythe NWR, Brigantine Division, 800 Great Creek Road, Oceanville NJ
