Blue False Indigo is a spring-blooming perennial perfect for full sun to part shade spots. It will flower better with more sun. It grows upright around 3-4’ tall and wide, with tall blue lupine-like flowers followed by interesting, charcoal colored seed pods. Tolerant of erosion, drought, and clay soil, this plant will develop a small shrublike habit over time.
