Butterfly Milkweed (Asclepias tuberosa) 

The full sun loving, meadow plant Butterfly Milkweed is another member of the milkweed family. It has brilliant orange flowers in mid-summer that are fairly long-lasting. Butterfly Milkweed reaches a height of around 2-3’, making it a perfect selection for a smaller garden area or a colorful, informal border. Another great Monarch host plant that also attracts many other pollinators.
