It was a fun day out in the field today with a great selection of raptors, including American Kestrel, Merlin, Peregrine Falcon, Red-tailed Hawk, Osprey, and Sharp-shinned and Cooper’s Hawks. Palm Warblers and Northern Flickers are on the move and a couple of Common Yellow-Throats preened long enough for everyone to get scope views.
