After a good night of migration, Cox Hall Creek WMA was hopping this morning. Many songbirds were still flying high overhead but there was a good variety on the ground as well. Highlights included a Yellow-billed Cuckoo sitting quietly in a sunny spot, a Philadelphia Vireo feeding busily, and a small flock of Red-breasted Nuthatches, calling and flitting between cedar trees.
