Blackwater NWR Weekend Field Photography Workshop

A weekend photo workshop at Blackwater National Wildlife Refuge Blackwater NWR is one of the gems of the Eastern Shore of Maryland, lying in the marshland at the edge of the Chesapeake Bay. This weekend workshop will include both work in the field, where instructors will work with participants to capture the best images—especially of wildlife, sunrises, and sunsets—and classroom work to instruct participants on digital editing of their images. Cost: $225.00 - This does not include transportation, meals, or lodging. The walks are cancelled if there is heavy snow, rain, or weather warnings.

The process is easy to learn, and even beginners leave with impressive creations. Materials and supplies are provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own special decorations. Pre-registration is a must.
