Tiny Tots – Summer Series
Toddlers can be naturalists too! Perfect for littles 18 months to 3 years old, join us for story time and nature activities! Tiny Tots is BACK! We're excited to welcome a new generation of budding naturalists to Lorrimer Sanctuary for this "grown-up-and-me" style program. We will read books, explore outside, and learn about nature in age-appropriate ways for littles! SCHEDULE: TBD COST: $5 per child for members, $6 per child for nonmembers. CANCELLATION: NJ Audubon’s programs require a minimum number of registrants to run. If we cancel, due to lack of participation, severe weather, or unforeseen circumstances, all participants will be notified as soon as possible and are eligible for a full refund. Participants may cancel without penalty if greater than 48 hours in advance. Sorry, no refund for cancellations less than 48 hours in advance unless due to health emergencies; however, registrations can be transferred to another program in the future. REGISTER HERE

Hey Grown-ups! Feeling left out of all the summer camp fun? Want to share in these awesome summer camp experiences with your campers ? Now is your chance to relive your summer camp heyday and finally see all the cool things your kids have talked about all summer! Pack a picnic lunch and hangout under the pavilion then join us for extra camp activities with your camper! SCHEDULE: July 14th: Scavenger Hunt Day July 28th: Tye Dye Day August 18th: Camp Games Day August 25th: Animal Day COST: Family Ticket $15 CANCELLATION: NJ Audubon’s programs require a minimum number of registrants to run. Fishing Basics
Fishing Basics
Join Lorrimer Sanctuary staff at the Franklin Lakes Preserve for a Fishing Basics, a beginner’s fishing program on Tuesday August 22nd. We'll cover the basics like: types of reels and rods, how to tie on a hook, casting techniques, types of baits and lures, AND you'll get the chance to try your luck at fishing! Rods and tackle will be available to share, but you are welcome to bring your own. Open to learners of all ages, under 16 must be accompanied by an adult, not a drop off program.
