New Jersey Audubon's Scherman Hoffman Wildlife Sanctuary 11 Hardscrabble Road, Bernardsville, NJ, United StatesWorld Series of Birding Rest Stop at Scherman Hoffman Sponsored by Zeiss optics: all WSB teams in the North NJ area on May 13th are welcome to stop by Scherman Hoffman between the hours of 9am and 5pm for light refreshments and a breather. A ZEISS representative will be on-site to answer any questions and demonstrate the products. Trying out optics while birding at the sanctuary is strongly encouraged! Don't forget to add to your counts by heading to the hawkwatch platform. Customers will receive a discount of 10% on all Zeiss binoculars. Don't forget Members save on other products in the Nature Store! Why purchase optics from NJ Audubon? We have competitive prices. For kids 4-8 years old. Lorrimer Sanctuary invites families, friends, and nature lovers to join us for an exploration of our natural world. Enjoy watching your budding naturalist ‘go wild’ experiencing woodland adventures. Children use all their senses to safely explore and discover the wonders of nature here at Lorrimer Sanctuary. Children are introduced to nature concepts using a combination of storytelling, exploration and arts and crafts. It is educational and fun! Best for families with children 4-8 years old. COST: $6 per member child / $8 per non-member child CANCELLATION: NJ Audubon’s programs require a minimum number of registrants to run. If we cancel, due to lack of participation, severe weather, or unforeseen circumstances, all participants will be notified as soon as possible and are eligible for a full refund. Participants may cancel without penalty if greater than 48 hours in advance. Harbor Art Gallery Opening Reception – June 2023

The Harbor Gallery is pleased to announce their featured local artists for the month of June. Artists Janet Payne and John King will display their works for the month of June, with an opening reception to meet the artists on June 2nd from 4-6pm. All artwork is for sale, with a portion of sales going to support the Nature Center of Cape May. Light refreshments will be served.
