NJ Audubon: Fall Break Fun: Outdoor Skills Adventure
New Jersey Audubon's Scherman Hoffman Wildlife Sanctuary 11 Hardscrabble Road, BernardsvilleThursday and Friday, November 6 and 7, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM each day Have fun and learn some outdoor skills while school is out! This 2-day outdoor program for children will include favorite wilderness skills activities from our popular Outdoor Skills summer camp. Make a natural shelter, paint a hiking stick to take home, and more! We’ll end with a campfire and a snack to cook over the fire. For children ages 10 to 15 years. CANCELLATION: NJ Audubon’s programs require a minimum number of registrants to run. If we cancel, due to lack of participation, severe weather, or unforeseen circumstances, all participants will be notified as soon as possible and are eligible for a full refund. Our experienced environmental educators will lead engaging activities like hiking, nature crafts, and interactive games. At Fall Break Fun, children will have the opportunity to connect with nature, discover fascinating wildlife, and develop a deeper appreciation for the environment.
