Story Time at NJ Audubon Scherman Hoffman
New Jersey Audubon's Scherman Hoffman Wildlife Sanctuary 11 Hardscrabble Road, Bernardsville, NJ, United StatesJoin us for a walk to our frog pond and a reading of "The Puddle Garden." Meet at the Nature Store at 11am for a short walk to the frog pond where David Pasake, NJA Volunteer and retired Wantage Elementary School teacher, will read "The Puddle Garden", written by Jared Rosenbaum, owner of Wild Ridge Plant nursery. Children and parents alike will be inspired by this story to create homes for butterflies, hummingbirds, turtles, frogs and other wildlife, using native wildflowers and shrubs that provide shelter and sustenance.
