Join Dave Oster at Lord Stirling Park. Up to 90 birds sightings possible! The Lord Stirling Park birdwalk last year had 70 species including Wood Duck, Great-horned Owl, Red-headed Woodpecker, Marsh Wren, 4 vireo species, and 14 warbler species including Blackburnian, Black-throated Blue, and Wilson’s. Recently the park has had a number of days with 90+ bird species reported on ebird. Trails may be wet depending on recent rain. Please bring your own binoculars, and spotting scope if desired. There will be no equipment available to borrow.

Registration required. Walk-ins will not be permitted to participate. Ticket sales end on 5/20/2022 at 4:00 PM.

CANCELLATION: NJ Audubon’s programs require a minimum number of registrants to run. If we cancel, due to lack of participation, severe weather, or unforeseen circumstances, all participants will be notified as soon as possible and are eligible for a full refund. Participants may cancel without penalty if greater than 48 hours in advance. Sorry, no refund for cancellations less than 48 hours in advance unless due to health emergencies; however registrations can be transferred to another program in the future.
