Yule Log Workshop
Join us for a fun and creative holiday yule log workshop at Lorrimer Sanctuary. Get your hands dirty and let your imagination bloom as we guide you through the process of creating your own lovely yule log to take home. In the process you’ll learn about the yule traditions used for centuries by people during the darkest nights of the year and get to know the local ecology of NJ trees, including the hardwoods we use for logs. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to unleash your inner artist and take home a stunning handmade seasonal decoration to proudly display! This program is suited for teens and adults.
COST: NJA Member $35, NJA Non-member $40
CANCELLATION: NJ Audubon’s programs require a minimum number of registrants to run. If we cancel, due to lack of participation, severe weather, or unforeseen circumstances, all participants will be notified as soon as possible and are eligible for a full refund. Participants may cancel without penalty if greater than 48 hours in advance. Sorry, no refund for cancellations less than 48 hours in advance unless due to health emergencies; however, registrations can be transferred to another program in the future.
