  • Bird Feeder Cleaning Day

    Fall Migration Bird Walks
Lorrimer Sanctuary 790 Ewing Avenue, Franklin Lakes, NJ, United States

Bring your bird feeders to Lorrimer for a cleaning in preparation for fall birdwatching! Get ready for fall bird watching! Bring in your bird feeders and we'll give them a thorough cleaning — just $5 per feeder. As a thank-you, you'll get 20% off your next bag of bird seed (one discount per person). Clean feeders mean healthier birds and better sightings all season long. Don't miss it! Why It Matters: Dirty feeders spread disease, grow toxic mold in damp seed, and attract pests. With more birds flocking together this fall, clean feeders help keep them healthy. Birdseed will be stocked for this weekend. Be sure to stop by for all your birdseed needs! This event does not require pre-registration, though we appreciate knowing you'll be stopping by, and payment can be made in-store. COST: FREE CANCELLATION: NJ Audubon’s programs require a minimum number of registrants to run. If we cancel, due to lack of participation, severe weather, or unforeseen circumstances, all participants will be notified as soon as possible and are eligible for a full refund. Participants may cancel without penalty if greater than 48 hours in advance. Sorry, no refund for cancellations less than 48 hours in advance unless due to health emergencies; however, registrations can be transferred to another program in the future. REGISTER HERE
