Join teacher/naturalist Dorothy Smullen for an afternoon of searching for all kinds of plants and animals: vertebrates including fish in the river, insects and other arthropods in the field, and mosses, ferns, and fungi in the forest. We will even collect pond water to search for tiny wildlife under the microscope. Youngsters will have a nature bingo sheet, and older children will have a “Tree of Life” sheet to record the plants and animals we find. Registration required by 9/9 at 4:00 PM.
