We are welcoming and embracing the fall season with different activities every week that include art projects, nature walks, and more! Led by Teacher Naturalist Toni Stober SCHEDULE: October 11th: Luscious Leaves and Fall Foliage! October 25th: Brilliant Bats! November 1st: Pumpkins! November 8th: Cozy Morning Story Time! November 15th: Animal Hibernation! November 22nd: Giving Thanks for Thanksgiving! COST: One Family $5  IMPORTANT INFORMATION:  Price of tickets are per one family. This is not a drop off program: children must have an accompanying adult if under 16 years old. These events may be both indoors and outdoors, please dress appropriately for the weather. CANCELLATION: NJ Audubon’s programs require a minimum number of registrants to run. If we cancel, due to lack of participation, severe weather, or unforeseen circumstances, all participants will be notified as soon as possible and are eligible for a full refund. Participants may cancel without penalty if greater than 48 hours in advance.     New Jersey Audubon's Scherman Hoffman Wildlife Sanctuary 11 Hardscrabble Road, Bernardsville, NJ, United States

    Enjoy a quiet morning here at the Sanctuary walking the trails with an NJ Audubon staff or Associate Naturalist. These walks are informal and informative: birds, trees, tracks, wildflowers, reptiles, and amphibians are a few of nature’s wonders waiting for us to discover. The walks are cancelled if there is snow, rain, or weather warnings. There will be no walk 9/5, 10/3, and 11/28. Registration required by 3:00 PM the day before the walk.
