Nature Yoga for Little Wanderers

60 minutes of yoga, seamlessly blended with mindful exploration in nature for children 2-5 years accompanied with a grown up. Our session will start with a tune-in and breathwork on our mats. Next, we will explore the nature trails through guided, sensory activities and thematic yoga poses. Each session will conclude with an opportunity for whole group connection and a peaceful savasana. Bring water and a yoga mat (beach towel if you do not have a mat). Children of all abilities and disabilities are encouraged to join!
