Negri Nepote Native Grasslands Birdwalk

Led by Chris and Paula Williams, Associate Naturalists. We'll be looking for early fall migrants passing through Negri Nepote. We hope to see Blue Grosbeak and grassland specialties including Grasshopper Sparrow and Dickcissel before they migrate for the winter. Please bring binoculars if you have them.   NJA guided nature walks are funded by Franklin Township Open Space Committee. This site is one of the first grassland restoration projects NJ Audubon has implemented for Franklin Township and is now in its 19th successful year.
