Diane Cornell Wildlife Garden Project: DIY Ponds
Does the thought of adding a pond to your backyard both excite and terrify you at the same time? How do you even start? Is it affordable? What about mosquitoes? The Cape May Bird Observatory, with support from the Diane Cornell Wildlife Gardening Project, is excited to host Katie Fisk to answer all your questions about adding a water feature to your backyard. Katie has been an Environmental Educator for over 20 years, using her passion for wildlife gardening to connect people with the world around them. If you join us, you’ll learn tips and tricks from someone who has done it all, from a container pond on an apartment balcony to a 40-gallon hard shell pond to a 150-gallon custom pond using a liner. You can do this!
