NJ Audubon Digital Photography Workshop 6: Creative Photography

In this lecture, Jacki Dickert will delve into “the art of seeing,” incorporating elements of design into images, awakening the imagination, and using the camera to its fullest to create special effects. In addition, she will demonstrate some digital editing effects and techniques that will allow for the creation of unique works of art. You will leave feeling encouraged about making beautiful images without having to travel to exotic locations.
New Jersey photographer and educator Jacki Dickert is passionate about sharing the beauty of the natural world. Her images reflect an open and creative way of seeing, often incorporating exquisite lighting and flowing forms. A recently retired elementary school teacher, Ms. Dickert is now an exhibiting artist who lectures at photography clubs, libraries, and community centers around the state. CANCELLATION: NJ Audubon’s programs require a minimum number of registrants to run. If we cancel, due to lack of participation, severe weather, or unforeseen circumstances, all participants will be notified as soon as possible and are eligible for a full refund. Participants may cancel without penalty if greater than 48 hours in advance. Sorry, no refund for cancellations less than 48 hours in advance unless due to health emergencies; however, registrations can be transferred to another program in the future.
