NJ Audubon: Make Your Own Hypertufa Pot Workshop

Featured
New Jersey Audubon's Scherman Hoffman Wildlife Sanctuary 11 Hardscrabble Road, Bernardsville

Make a beautiful outdoor garden container that will last for years. Old stone sinks and animal troughs have been used to grow plants for many years and are now scarce and very expensive. But we can make them from hypertufa, a rustic, textured type of artificial stone you make in molds of various shapes. It is lighter than regular concrete and will not be damaged by freezing after it is completely cured. One person per ticket. Ticket sale ends 6/15 at 4:00 PM. You must pre-register, walk-ins will not be allowed to participate. Limit 10. COST: $25 members, $30 nonmembers. Interested in becoming a member? Please click on the following link to learn more or join: Become a Member today! CANCELLATION: NJ Audubon’s programs require a minimum number of registrants to run. If we cancel, due to lack of participation, severe weather, or unforeseen circumstances, all participants will be notified as soon as possible and are eligible for a full refund. Participants may cancel without penalty if greater than 48 hours in advance. Sorry, no refund for cancellations less than 48 hours in advance unless due to health emergencies; however, registrations can be transferred to another program in the future. REGISTER HERE
